Blue Heron Condos

Two story building with 2 and 3 bedroom condos on one level. Newer, hardiplank construction. High ceilings in the living area of the top floors. Swimming pool. About 3 blocks from the beach.

Casa Condos

Pink 6 story building beachfront with beach or pool and bay views from the condos. Condo size ranges from efficiencies with full kitchens to 3 bedrooms. All condos have a porch or balcony. Clines Landing Condos

Upscale condos on the ship channel with great ship channel and harbor views. Dolphin Room conference room, where you can see the ships go by and watch the dolphins in the ship channel. Nice swimming pool and fishing pier. Some boat slips for owners. Covered parking area. On site rentals.

Coral Cay Condos

Beachside condos with two swimming pools, tennis courts, BBQ and picnic areas, coin laundry, on over 7 acres of property. Nice landscaping. 1 to 3 bedroom condos, some with ocean views. Beach walkover. Built in 1970’s, but nicely maintained. Brick exterior and interior.

Courtyard Condos

Efficiency and one bedroom condos with full kitchens. Each condo has a double Murphy bed. Nice courtyard area with a pool and BBQ grassy area. Only one block from the beach.

Dunes Condos

High rise beachfront condos, 2 and 3 bedroom, near the pier. All condos have nice views of the ocean, and some views of the distant ship channel, too. Tennis courts, swimming pool, some garages.

El Cortez Condos

The closest condo to the ocean. Amazing beach views. Beach walkover. 2 bedroom condos with a big laundry room. The complex has a swimming pool, tennis courts, and a BBQ area. Built in the 1970’s, but most condos have some nice renovations.

Heritage Lane Condos

In the heart of Port Aransas, near the police station. Huge garages on the bottom, that could fit 6 cars or a short boat. 2 and 3 bedroom, 3 story condos. Long term rentals only allowed here. Complex has a pool.

Island Dunes Condos

Only a block from the beach on Access Road 1A. Two story condos with living area and one bedroom down, and the master bedroom up. Also, some one level condos on the second and third floors up. Swimming pool. Patio and BBQ area for each condo.

Island Retreat Condos

Built in 1960’s and 1970’s, but some nice renovations on most of the condos. Beachfront complex, with great views from some of the condos. Complex has 2 swimming pools, playground area, conference room.

Las Palmas Condos

Newer construction townhomes in the heart of Port Aransas with a garage. Hardiplank construction.

La Mirage Condos

This is a beach side condo with a beach walkover. It was built in the 1980’s, but most condos have some nice renovations. 3 bedroom condos are on the first floor above the covered parking, and 2 bedroom condos, and a few efficiencies are on the second and third floor up. The complex has a sports court, 2 swimming pools, with one heated, hot tubs, a club room with a kitchen, a playground, a BBQ and picnic area. All of the condos have a big balcony, most having an ocean view. They also have big laundry rooms.

Mayan Princess Condos

Beachfront, stucco 6 story building with a tropical landscaped pool area and beach walkover. Condos are one or 2 bedrooms, with some 3 bedrooms at the penthouses. Some condos are 2 story. Second floor and up have great views of the ocean. Each condo has a huge hot tub inside the condo. Condo has tennis courts, volleyball, hot tub, horseshoes, and meeting room. On site rentals.

Upscale beachfront resort. This complex has the biggest pool on Mustang Island, with slides. A new lap pool and kids’ water playground are being built. The complex also has a pizza and coffee area, a restaurant and bar, a store, a conference center, hot tubs, a picnic area, and a beach walkover. There are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos. Condos have pool and ocean views, or ocean views. All of the condos have balconies, but the 2 bedroom condos have some big balconies. Most condos have upscale renovations. On site rentals.

Royal Palms Condos

Newer individual cottages with 3 and 4 bedrooms off of 11th Street in Port Aransas. These are hardiplank construction with colorful paint. Inside, there are pine ceilings and floors, and some pine walls, too. Complex has a pool and covered area. It is about 4 blocks from the beach.

Sandcastle Condos

Beachfront condos with a swimming pool, exercise room, tennis courts, and a conference center. Mainly efficiency and one bedroom condos, with a few 3 bedroom condos on the end. Most condos have great ocean and some pool views. Beach walkover. On site rentals.
