Boardwalk Homes

 
One street long neighborhood with newer homes and a beach walkover. Various sized homes and prices. Right off of Eleventh St. in town.

Channel Vista Homes

 
Small, mostly 1 story, 3 to 4 br. houses with garages. Right next to the city park with a pool, ball field, skating area, and playground. About a mile from the beach, off of Cut Off Rd.

Cinnamon Shore Homes

Upscale, newer construction, Florida style vacation homes and condos with big porches and balconies. This is a beachfront neighborhood that has a beach walkover that you can drive a golf cart over. It also has a huge pool, an exercise room, a club room with a kitchen, a restaurant, and a great lawn where they sometimes have movies or entertainment. There are plans to have other businesses here, too.
 

Gulf Palisades Homes

One street long neighborhood with newer homes. One block from the beach with some beach views. Long term rentals only are allowed here.
 

Island Moorings Homes

Very nice, upscale custom canal homes on the bay side of the island. Stucco and some hardiplank style homes. Most homes have docks, where you can put one or 2 boats. Only about a mile from the beach. Boat marina with restaurant, boat ramp, small plane airport, and also the Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course are right next to this neighborhood.

Gated, small neighborhood with upscale custom stucco style homes. Canal at one end of the neighborhood, and each home is assigned a boat slip. Nice neighborhood pool area overlooking the canal. Located only about a mile from the beach. Near marina with restaurant, boat ramp, small plane airport, and the golf course.
